This 8-week program, running consecutive Wednesdays, September 22, 2021 - November 10, 2021 (1:15-2:30pm, EST), is designed as both an introduction to mindfulness and meditation, and a platform for the development of a personal practice. Weekly instruction is geared toward an experiential understanding of the material, with the goal of ensuring participants take home practices and techniques that are accessible to them day to day.
