A pointed conversation highlighting a mindfulness concept that lends itself to the climate.
A short, guided meditation with an opportunity to ask questions about your experience.
Tools/strategies for navigating realities in the context of this current pandemic, and for better relating to ourselves and the people around us.
Attendees of any session may take advantage of an opportunity for a one-on-one, half hour private session with Carla for guidance in cultivating your personal practice.

Please be advised each workshop carries a suggested donation of $20 (although any amount is welcome!), all proceeds to be donated to Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic, an organization in Toronto serving marginalized populations of women who have survived violence.
