Join Carla for a one-hour workshop on “emotional awareness” - the hallmark of mindfulness. Our emotions underpin everything we do. Learn about the importance of developing an accurate sense of what you’re feeling and why - and how this information can help to inform/improve what you’re trying to do, how you behave and even what you’re thinking.
